Family Huddle!

So I cannot take credit for this winning play. The family huddle! A good friend of ours Jonathan Conneely aka Coach JC introduced us to this play. It’s simple and I have found it can be translated into your business as well.

Here is how it works.

Family Huddle-

1. Make it a consistent process so everyone can plan and count on it.

2. Go around the circle and name your biggest win of the day. (Do not overthink this, be honest)

3. Go around the room and name what you’re believing God for. (Do not overthink this it’s a simple prayer request)

4. The leader of the group then leads the group in prayer for what it is being believed for.

Business Family Huddle –

1. Plan it and make it consistent for your teams so they can count on it.

2. Go around the circle and name any big accomplishments from the week or month previous or goals reached.

3. Go around the circle and state a new goal that you are pursuing for the current or next month.

4. The leader will now tie it all together and name those goals! We need to claim what we are after.

5. Lastly leader pray for your team! Pray for protection, blessings and healing for them and their families. (Remember, we don’t have to be of the same faith if we believe the same to claim good things for each other)

Do not overthink any of this. It’s a winning play so just treat it as such. What we say is important. What we believe and think about is important. We have so much power in our mindset and how we talk. Speak life, Speak positive outcomes, Speak Winning!
