There’s enough business for all of us!

I’m not sure that’s true, but I think Matthew McConaughey was onto something when he said, “Go earn your Saturdays.”

I think he means to kill it during the week so you can have a work/life balance. To do that, you need an aggressive mindset. “There is enough business for all of us” will not cut it! Work your sales and follow-up process daily like someone is trying to steal your Saturday.

I realize in some industries, such as real estate, you need your Saturday due to client demand. So change it up and find a day for you. Without margin, you will not succeed in the long run.
